Now that we ALL KNOW that the Apple iPhone is for real – the new rumors all center on when the phone will actually make it out to market. Apple already stated that the phone would come out mid-year for Cingular (now AT&T) but of course – people want to know exactly when the release date is.

Well there’s a supposed letter from Apple to the FCC that’s floating around the net which makes it seem that the iPhone’s release date could be June 15th. The letter, dating back from October 12th of last year, requests that the FCC make some information about the iPhone confidential until June 15th.

Now keep in mind – this letter could be entirely fabricated .. but who really cares if it is? It makes for fun conversations and of course, it makes for fun rumors right?
