Verizon Wireless introduces PN-820 Windows Mobile Smartphone Clamshell
One more thing of interest for Verizon Wireless fans out there. They’ve finally introduced a Windows Mobile based clamshell phone in the form of the Verizon Wireless PN-820 (made by Pantech). Honestly – it’s about time Verizon came out with a clamshell using Windows Mobile. My Treo 700w is fine and dandy but it’s not something I like carrying around when I’m out at a party. For that purpose – the PN-820 seems to fit the bill nicely.

- Windows Mobile 5.0 OS
- EV-DO support
- 128 MB RAM
- 64 MB Flash
- View email attachments
- Text, picture, and video messaging capable
- 1.3 megapixel digital camera with flash

- Dual LCD display – internal is a 2.2 inch display and the external is a 1.07 inch display
