Yup – as all the electronics stores will tell you right now – the big game is right around the corner and that means you’ll need a nice big HDTV display on hand to watch the game (oh yeah let’s forget the fact that you’ll also need an HD signal of some sort). Of course, the Super Bowl really isn’t the only reason to get an HDTV set these days – there’s plenty of content available on a daily basis in high definition format. But for the here and now – it’s all about the big game.

If you’re indeed in the market for a new HDTV set, consider the Dell W3207C 32 inch LCD television set as reviewed by the folks at I4U.com. The display has a native resolution of 1366 x 768 which means you’ll have 1080i and 720p support. Other features include:

  • Philips TV810 chipset
  • 500 cd/m2 brightness
  • 1200:1 contrast ratio
  • high quality stereo speakers
  • SRS TruSurround XT
  • 4.33 inches thin
  • VGA, Composite, S-Video, Component, HDMI connectors

Nice specs right? All that for $1099.. but what does I4U think of the display?

Overall the Dell W3207C 32” LCD TV is a great TV with good picture quality, good inputs and outputs that comes in at a very good price of $1099 on the Dell website. I have seen off brand TVs in Wal-Mart of this size selling for more than that. It’s hard to go wrong if you choose the Dell W3207C 32” LCD TV from HD TV to movies and console gaming this TV excels.

Of course if you want something a bit cheaper, you can always opt for a 32 inch Westinghouse display.. or an Olevia display. Personally, I’m saving money for a nice new 1080p display from either Sony or Samsung that’s at least 40+ inches large.
