Casio has introduced a new digital watch designed specifically for the athletic woman called the CHF-100. The CHF-100 is capable of monitoring your heart rate thanks to the included chest belt attachment – a great feature to have if you’re performing a high endurance sport. The watch also features a lightweight, slim design which is ideal for women as opposed to men out there.
