This is probably old news to many of you out there – Sony also introduced a new Digital Living System during CES called the Sony VAIO XL3. The XL3 is shaped in a more traditional home theater component styling and features a flip down front panel which hides various ports, and media card interfaces. More importantly, the VAIO XL3 Digital  Living System supports full 1080 HD output and comes with a Blu-ray drive.

The XL3 features:

  • Intel Core 2 Duo processor
  • PCI-E based graphics
  • 500MB of HDD space
  • Integrated NTSC and ATSC tv tuners
  • Integrated CableCARD support for digital TV support
