PC Mag reviews Sony Bravia KDL-40XBR2
I missed this one last month but apparently PC Magazine posted a review of the Sony Bravia KDL-40XBR2 LCD television set here. This is a 40 inch LCD TV with full 1080p support. You’ll get a full array of inputs including component, composite, HDMI, and S-Video. You’ll also get integrated ATSC and NTSC tuners as well as a viewing angle of 178 degrees.
Here’s the verdict on the set from PC Magazine:
The Sony KDL-40XBR2 exceeds its predecessor in almost every way—more pixels, more digital video inputs, and a lower price—though its treatment of standard-definition video leaves room for improvement.
At $3K, the set is still a bit pricey for me.. but then again I’m sure prices will continue to fall this year.
