Here’s an interesting add on for iPod earphones. They’re called “Whoomp!” earbud enhancers and they come from the folks at Hearing Components. As the name implies, Whoomp! earbud enhancers supposedly make the iPod earphones sound more like expensive earphones from other companies.

How is this accomplished? Whoomp! increases the Bass Response of the iPod earphones AND make the earphones more comfortable to wear by utilizing Comply foam which shapes the earbud to fit comfortably inside the ear canal.
