CarryPad has posted up pictures and product information for the new Nokia N800 device here. Apparently the device is already on sale at various CompUSA stores around the country although Nokia hasn’t officially announced the device at this moment. (Hmm.. I might just have to head down to the local CompUSA here in LA!).

Here’s what CarryPad knows of the device thus far.

• 320 MHz processor
• Linux OS
• 4.1 inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution
• 128MB of RAM
• 256MB of flash memory
• Software – Tablet OS 2007 Version 1.2006.47-20
• Integrated VGA camera
