DigiTimes is reporting that VIA Technologies intends to grow it’s share of the Ultra-Mobile PC market segment in 2007 with the following two years being the turning points for the company. To accomplish this, VIA is undergoing a business reorg as well as showing off new UMPC models based on it’s C7-M processor running at 1GHz.

There are also rumors that VIA will partner with HTC to develop a new UMPC system.
