PC Magazine has posted their review of the recently updated Apple MacBook which now includes an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Everything else about this notebook is pretty much the same as before. The reviewed system had:

  • Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 processor running at 1.83GHz
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 5 lb weight
  • 13.3 screen size
  • Intel GMA 950 graphics
  • 60GB HDD
  • WiFi support
  • DVD-ROM/CD-RW

When it comes to budget laptops, the MacBook 13-inch White (Core 2 Duo) is easily one of my top choices, especially now that it has the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
