After about an hour of use, the thing is hotter then a nucluear bomb and there is no support for external microphones. The one they have on it works, but not as well as if they'd let you use one of your own. My biggest problem though has been getting Canon to ship out the software you need to run the product. They offer a free rebate on video editing, but the vendor they insist on requiring that they ship you the software instead of letting you buy it and get a rebate. To make matters worse, the vendor they are using has a policy to wait the maximum number of days before filling rebate orders, so if you want the free rebate you have to wait 59 days before being able to edit.
