It looks like the specs to the upcoming next generation LG Chocolate phone have finally made it out despite the fact that neither LG nor Verizon will confirm the phone. There are some rumors that the new phone will launch on November 15th for Verizon Wireless at a price of $229 with a one year agreement and $179 with a two year agreement.
