TechGage.com has posted a review of the Altec Lansing FX4021 2.1 speaker system here on their website. The FX4021 features:

  • Custom designed two-way speakers
  • Cast-metal stands
  • Isobaric configured dual 5.25″ woofers for deep bass
  • Employs SFX (Sound Field Xpander) technology for wider stereo image
  • Wireless remote and control pod
  • iPod/MP3 player jack
  • Headphone jack

The speakers retail for approximately $130 bucks (though we’re sure you can get them cheaper than that). Here’s the verdict from the folks at TechGage.com:

As it stands, if you are looking for a great 2.1 sound system for your PC, you will not go wrong with the FX4021. It’s a quality set that’s well priced, despite it not being 5.1.
