Wood this.. wood that.. I think wood is making a comeback here don’t you think? I’ll have another posting going up shortly about a wooden product but in the meantime, check out this prototypewooden digital cameraa from Olympus. It’s made out of compressed cypress wood which is supposedly harder than plastic. Olympus took Japanese cypress wood and used some sort of three dimensional compression technology to come up with the molding of the camera. Pretty nifty stuff.
