It figures that as we write about Vista RC1 that Microsoft would go ahead and submit RC2 to it’s beta testers and early adopters. Vista Release Candidate 2 is hopefully their last public test version of Windows Vista before it goes out to some businesses next month. Microsoft is still on target to deliver Windows Vista to volume license customers in the November time frame while making the general availability around January of 2007.

We’ll see if we can sneak our hands on RC2 in the meantime but don’t be surprised if you see further articles from us about RC1 in the meantime. In case you missed it, we published an installation article about Vista RC1 yesterday. I guess I better hurry up and finish the rest of the articles!
