Nice credit card you have there – oh wait. It’s a Samsung P310
They just keep on getting smaller don’t they? Samsung has announced their successor to the already small SGH-P300 with the new Samsung SGH-P310. This phone (which is also known as the Card Phone II) has an updated look and feel with a decidedly thinner design. Instead of the old calculator look, the new P310 has a matte black finish with a thickness of 8.5 mm. The weight of the new P310 is a scant 75 grams.
On the features side, the SGH-P310 has:
- Tri-band GSM support
- GPRS/EDGE support
- 1.9 inch 262 K QVGA display
- Bluetooth 1.2 support with stereo support also
- Ability to sync with Microsoft Outlook
- 2 megapixel digital camera
- 80MB of on board memory
- microSD card support
- Integrated video and music player
- includes carrying case/extended battery
The phone is expected in the European market at the end of this month and will then be introduced in the South East Asian markets in late October.
