Oakley O ROKR Bluetooth Eyewear Review
The folks at Ubergizmo have posted up a quick review of the Oakley O ROKR Bluetooth Eyewear here on their website. The O ROKR is the latest in the collaboration between Oakley and Motorola (hence the ROKR name). You’ll find Bluetooth support with the O ROKR which means you can listen to music or receive phone calls without the worry of wires getting in the way. How does it work? Well you simply pair the O ROKR with a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone or a digtial audio player with a Bluetooth adapter (plenty of those around these days). Unlike the Oakley Thumps, the ROKR’s doesn’t have any built in storage for music files. This is strictly sunglasses outfitted with headphones that connect to your player using Bluetooth. So here’s the verdict from Ubergizmo:
It’s a bit expensive ($249), but the cool factor and the top performance have a price. However, at the end of the day, the Oakley O ROKR is the best Bluetooth Headset that I ever tested, period.
