Shure is now selling a high end set of earphones called the E500PTH Sound Isolating Earphones which come with three high definition drivers. The three drivers consist of one tweeter and two woofers which help deliver sounds across the audio spectrum. The earphones also come with sound isolating sleeves which block over 90 percent of ambient noise. Other features of the E500PTH include:

• Push-To-Hear Control which allows you to activate the VoicePort microphone. This allows you to carry on a conversation without having to remove the headphones.
• Two cables – a 9 inch cable and a 3 foot cable

The headphones are ideal for both portable and home stereo environments but expect to pay a heavy price. The E500PTH has a MSRP of $499.
