While we’re on the topic of portable speakers, check out this really cool and funky looking system from Philips – the SBA1500. It’s a two speaker system using small yet powerful 50 mm speaker drivers. It has a Power Pack feature to boost audio output, a natural stereo sound feature, and an innovative cable management system. The cable coils up inside a device that looks more lika a yo-yo than anything else when the system isn’t in use. Battery life is an awesome 20 hours or you can use the wall plug for extra power.  If you’ve taken a good look at Philips products over the last few years you’ll have noticed that they’ve placed a real emphasis on product designs and the SBA1500 looks to continue that trend.
