MobileBurn has posted a review of the Motorola RAZR V3x UMTS handset here on their website. Similar in design to current RAZR handsets, the V3x brings 3G goodness to the RAZR line. It’s a dual mode phone with WCDMA and tri-band GSM operation. Other specs include:
