Targus has introduced four new notebook computer backpacks all of which are capable of storing notebooks with screen sizes of up to 15.4 inches. The new packs are called the Rebel Backpack, the Ricket Backpack, the Drifter Backpack, and the Rogue Backpack. Here are some of the specs:

Rebel Backpack

  • Capacity – Padded notebook compartment designed for notebooks with up to 15.4″ screens
  • Organization – Includes a zippered pen/pencil pocket, front pocket workstation includes a cell phone/PDA pocket and additional mesh compartment for notebook accessories. Also includes a retractable travel document holder and a nyflex Lined CD/MP3 player pocket with hidden headphone port
  • Ergonomics – Features padded ergonomic shoulder straps and an integrated carry handle for added comfort, a mesh back panel for air ventilation with a trolley pass-through and hidden zippered pouch and a tuck-away sternum strap for carrying convenience

Ricket Backpack

  • Capacity – Padded notebook sleeve fits notebooks with up to 15.4″ screens
  • Organization – Front pocket features compression straps that allow you to carry additional file folders, a jacket or sweater. Also includes a CD pocket, headphone port, two large mesh water bottle holders and an interior workstation with pen/pencil loops, a business card/I.D. holder and pockets for additional notebook accessories.
  • Ergonomics – Breathable mesh back panel, adjustable shoulder straps and a carry handle for easy transport
  • Quality Materials – Nylon

Drifter Backpack

  • Capacity – Padded notebook section is designed to fit notebooks with 15.4” screens
  • Ergonomics – Includes adjustable ergonomically designed shoulder straps, padded back panel for ventilation and carry handle
  • Organization – Features two side pockets; front pocket workstation holds a cell phone, pen/pencils and other supplies, also includes a bungee cord system to transport a jacket or sweater and the extra zippered section provides storage for files
  • Quality Materials – Constructed with d urable 840D Nylon; includes water resistant bottom panel

Rogue Backpack

  • Capacity – Protective padded sleeve fits 15.4″ notebooks
  • Seven-Pocket Storage- Front pocket includes storage for personal items; middle pocket includes a mesh pocket for storing notebook accessories, pen loops and a business card / ID holder; notebook section includes a mesh pocket with an additional zip nylon pocket attached to the top of the notebook section and accessible from the outside of the backpack; two large side zip pockets allow for additional storage
  • Media Storage – Includes a nyflex-lined zip pocket to store your iPod® or CD player with a line-out port for headphones
  • Convenience – Removable cell phone pocket located on the backpack strap for easy access to your phone
