Apple has completed their new notebook lineup with the introduction of the 13.3 inch MacBook today. The new MacBook replaces both the current iBook as well as the 12 inch PowerBook notebook system. So what’s cool about the new 13.3 inch widescreen MacBook? Well it comes in two major configurations – a 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo model and a 2GHz Intel Core Duo model. The 2.0GHz Core Duo system can be configured in two ways – a 60GB version which comes in white and an 80GB version which comes in black. The lower end 1.83GHz version comes only in a white case. Other features of the new MacBook include:

  • 5.2 lbs weight
  • 1 inch thick dimensions
  • A display that is 79 percent brighter than the previous iBook or 12 inch PowerBook
  • Built in iSight camera
  • Built in 10/100/1000 gigabit ethernet
  • Built in AirPort Extreme
  • Bluetooth
  • Two USB 2.0 ports
  • Combination Analog and Digital audio input and output ports
  • mini DVI video output

The 1.83GHz model will cost you $1099. The 2.0GHz white model will cost you $1299 while th 2.0GHz black model will set you back $1499.
