Sony and Borders team up to sell the Sony Reader
Sony has teamed up with Borders to make the new Sony Reader available in 200 Borders stores around the country. The Sony Reader was introduced earlier in the year and has the size of a paperback novel although it’s only 0.5 inches thick. It uses internal memory, Sony Memory Sticks, and SD cards to store e-books which can be purchased on the Sony Connect website. Borders customers will also be able to purchase prepaid cards at Borders stores which can then can be redeemed at the Sony Connect website.
