Motorola has introduced yet another new RAZR phone designed for CDMA users called the V3m. The phone is designed as an upgrade to the current V3c line of mobile phones and basically brings the CDMA lineup on par with their GSM RAZR lineup. The new V3m features:

• microSD memory expansion slot
• EV-DO support
• built in music player
• 262k TFT LCD internal display
• 65k color CSTN external display
• 1.3 megapixel digital camera
• 4x digital zoom
• Bluetooth wireless connectivity
• speakerphone

You can expect the phone to be available sometime during Q2 of this year.
