Our company has around 50 users of the xv6700, and 99% hate it. The sound quality is horrible. Phone signal and strength drops real easy with this phone. Buttons on the side are easily pressed so you end up on screens you never wanted to be. Battery life is very weak. Camera quality is sub par. To zoom, you have to pull out the stylus, and push the + or - touch pad. Great, just what I want to do while I'm taking a picture. We have SD card, which pops out real easy with certain holsters. Program storage space fills up real quick on this phone. The PDA side locks after some time, which then you're required to enter in a password, but if you receive a phone call during that time while it's locked, you have to quickly fumble, pull out the stylus and try and type in your password before your call hangs up. Near impossible. Battery cover pops off easily. And the phone heavy and the size of a small brick. Other than that, it's great! ;-)

I read about how you can make a registry change on the phone to allow phone calls and wifi at the same time. Once you make the change it will let you use both radios at the same time.
