Here’s an interesting device coming out of AHT Interantional BV calle the P2POD. What exactly is it? Welll.. it’s a bit of a jack of all trades device. First up – the P2POD connects to the net where it can supposedly deliver over 1,000 digital television shows free onto your television set. Video isn’t the only thing the P2POD supports though. The P2POD can obtain well over 6,000 channels of music and deliver it straight to your home. Can’t find any free content to your liking? That’s not all of course – the P2POD will allow you to surf the web and check your email – all from the comfort of your living room and your HDTV television set. The UI and the content database service comes from MyMo Media and the hardware specifications for the P2POD are as follows:
