Another PC Magazine article for ya to browse through – this time it’s a review of the Mitsubishi WD-52628 Rear Projection Television set. This 52 inch DLP based unit supports NTSC, ATSC, CableCard, and supports HDMI inputs. Other features include:

  • 1920 x 1080 Pixel Resolution (horizontal x vertical)
  • 6-Segment Color Wheel (10,800 RPM)
  • TV Guide On Screen

    • Although the display has a native resolution of 1080p, it doesn’t have a video input that is capable of supporting 1080p.  Here’s the verdict:

    The versatile Mitsubishi WD-52628 rear-projection HDTV has integrated flash media support and a bountiful selection of A/V inputs. And although our tests revealed some image shortcomings, overall the picture was pleasing and was backed up with good sound. All-in-all, this DLP RPTV advances the state of the art.
