iLounge posts a revew of the Wi-Gear iMuffs Bluetooth Headset for iPod here on their website. These are basically Bluetooth stereo headphones equipped with microphones designed for both older iPods and Bluetooth enabled phones. For iPods, you will need to use the Bluetooth transmitter which is pretty small. Unfortunately the iMuffs don’t work with the latest versions of the iPod. Player controls can be found on the sides of the headphones and the phones themselves support Bluetooth 2.0 although not Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. Here’s the verdict:

Overall, iMuffs offer a Bluetooth wireless listening solution that, like iPhono mini, is generally recommendable for owners of older iPods, but still in need of additional tuning to create an experience that will appeal to the masses and newer iPod owners.
