Apple to open 24 hour store in Manhattan
You have to give Apple credit sometimes. They’ve done amazingly well with their retail stores and now they’re ready to take it to the next level. Apple will be opening up a 24 hour store right in the heart of Manhattan. The new store will be located in the underground retail plaza of the GM building which is located on 5th ave between 58th and 59th street. Don’t expect Apple to open up 24 hour stores everywhere of course. There are very few cities that can actually sustain a 24 hour business (maybe Tokyo?) and NYC makes a logical choice for Apple. Now get this – the store will occupy 25,000 square feet of space and will come with an iPod bar too! I’d love to throw a party there if I could!
