Stuff Magazine has posted a quick look into the upcoming Sony Ericsson M600 Smartphone here on their website. The M600 uses a new OS called the UIQ operating system but it’s unfortunately too early to tell if the OS is any good. The phone has two letters for every button and also uses a new unique way of inputting data. The keys themselves are concave in shape and offer different functionalities if you press one edge of a button vs another. Thus you can press the left edge of a button and get one character or you can press the right edge of the same button to introduce a different character. Unfortunately the M600 uses yet another Sony Memory Stick format – this one is called the Memory Stick Micro (or M2). The new M600 is scheduled to launch during the second quarter of this year.
