Modaco.com has posted a review of the Orange SPV C600 Windows Smartphone here in the forums section. The C600 features a 2.2 QVGA color screen and a 1.3 megapixel digital camera but no WiFi support which may or may not matter to you. More importantly, it doesn’t have the bar up on top of the phone which is an annoyance to some of you out there. To me, the most important element of the C600 phone is the use of Windows Mobile 5 instead of 2003 SE. The changes are enough to make me just smile. 
Here’s the verdict:
In conclusion, I heartily recommend this phone, and am excited to call it the first, truly MoDaCo Approved! device
