Oh no! Say it ain’t so!! Well it looks like booth babes as we know it will no longer be around for the E3Expo which takes place here in Los Angeles. This year, the trade show is taking a hard stance at having scantily clad women parading around the convention floors. This year’s handbook has some tough penalties for any company featuring scantily clad women – they’ll get a warning on the first violation and then if there’s yet another violation, they’ll be fined $5,000 on the spot – payable on the spot. Rules against partially nude females were always there at E3 but this year, they’re actually doing something about it. Oh well. It won’t be the same but you can count on the fact that companies will still have attractive women out in force. Where there are geeks - there will be women out there to draw them to the products.
