Speck Products SkinTight for iPod 5G Review
The folks over at the iLounge.com have posted a review of the Speck Products SkinTight for the iPod 5G here. The SkinTight is a rubberized case for the iPod with a dedicated flap panel for the dock connector. When you’re not using the dock connector, you can bring down the flap and keep dust out of the connector. Unfortunately the hold switch and the Click Wheel are unprotected so dust and grime will probably manage to get inside the case. Here’s their verdict:
Overall, the latest iteration of SkinTight is a strong, highly recommendable package that stacks up well against the majority of fifth-generation iPod cases we’ve tested. It evolves the company’s classic Kraton plastic SkinTight designs on texture, looks and screen protection, and stays a couple of steps ahead of the commodity cases we’ve seen at similarly low per-case prices.
