PC Magazine has posted a review of the Motorola V557 GSM clamshell phone here. This phone (available for Cingular Wireless) features support for GPRS and EDGE networks, Bluetooth wireless networking, POP3/IMAP email clients, IM clients, and a VGA digital camera. Here’s the verdict from PC Magazine:
Although the V557’s technology isn’t cutting edge, the low price qualifies it as an excellent buy for a well-rounded phone that makes good use of idle screen time.
