Geez.. if mobile phones get any thinner, I’m not sure how I’m going to hold onto one of these little suckers. Case in point – the new Samsung SGH-P300 which is just larger than a credit card. Despite the thinness, the P300 features a 260k color TFT screen, a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, support for Bluetooth wireless, speakerphone and an integrated MP3 player. The body is made out of magnesium and steel – just in case you decide to sit on it when eating at your favorite restaurant. There’s definitely a propensity for things to get smaller and smaller but at some point they become unusable if you ask me. I wonder what that limit will be for mobile phones. Anyone remember Zoolander and the super small Startac?
