The Gadgeteer reviews the The Ball Bluetooth Wireless Trackball here. It’s funny b/c I’ve never actually run across a Trackball with Bluetooth wireless built right in. I guess it makes sense – if you can have a Bluetooth mouse, why not a Bluetooth Trackball? The Ball (what a name huh?) uses rechargeable batteries and you can go ahead and perform the recharge by simply placing the entire trackball unit on a charging dock. That’s pretty handy because you can still use the trackball WHILE recharging your batteries. Here’s the verdict:

The Ball is a quality constructed input device that has both smooth scroll wheel (not ratcheted) and smooth trackball features. It’s easy to setup and has a convenient battery charging dock. If you’re a trackball person, I can’t imagine what you could find to not like about this product.
