Adobe has announced the availability of After Effects 7.0 – a video editing tool often used in the creation of motion graphics and visual effects for various forms of media including film, video, and the Internet. The new version features OpenGL 2.0 support, a new export system for Flash Video files, and a new unified user interface. The new version is available for both Mac OS X and Windows XP and will sell for $999 for the Professional Edition and $699 for the Standard Edition.
