The final new portable media center comes from Tatung of all people and it’s called the V620. It’s funny.. when I was growing up, I only knew Tatung to make rice cookers and here they are making consumer electronics. Go figure! The V620 reminds me of the Samsung YH-999 PMC in terms of size and form factor. It comes with a 3.5 inch color display with a resolution of 320 x 240. Unlike the other new PMCs, the V620 only comes with a 20 GB HDD. The device will download videos from TiVo Series2 DVRs as well as multimedia content from Windows Media Center PCs.
