iRiver has announced a new portable gaming console called the G10 which will be unveiled at this year’s CES in Las Vegas. The G10 features a 4 inch color screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 and 262k color palette and comes in either 4GB or 8GB configurations. There’s a built in voice recorder, image viewer, and MP3/video player inside. Finally, iRiver has included WiBro support into the G10 in the hopes of encouraging networked gaming via wireless connections. The G10 looks pretty cool spec. wise but unless there’s content for the gaming console, it’ll just be a gee whiz product.
