It was going to happen sooner or later. With USB drive capacities increasing every few months and bootable drives a reality, someone was going to create a way to boot a system with Windows XP on a USB drive. Toms Hardware show us how you can turn a bootable USB drive with at least 256MB of space into a bootable Windows based USB drive. All you need is a bootable USB drive, a Windows setup CD and a program called PE Builder.
