Orb Networks has introduced a new free software application called V4S which provides free Internet voicemail for Skype. V4S will record voicemails for you on your Skype account and serve them to you wherever you are as long as you have some sort of connection to the net. You can retrieve it from the web, from a link contained within an SMS message, or from a PDA/phone with net access. The application is easy to install – you just download it and install it on your home PC where Skype is installed. Voice mail messages are stored on your PC and streamed to wherever you are at.
