Apparently Akihabara News has covered this phone for some time but it’s the first time that I’ve seen it – the W-ZERO3 PDA-Phone. It’s a Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone with a slide out keyboard which transforms the screen from portrait mode to landscape mode. Other features include:

  • Dimensions: 70×130x26mm
  • Weight: 220gr
  • 3.7″ VGA 640×480 screen
  • 1,33 MMP camera
  • CPU: Intel PXA270 416MHz
  • LAN: PHS（W-SIM), WiFi（IEEE 802.11b）

Akihabara is reporting that the phones are currently out of stock. They certainly look cool!
