Do you use Encarta a great deal? If so, you might find “Encarta Instant Answers” a useful feature to add to your MSN Messenger. Add the email address: encarta@conversagent.com to your friends list on MSN Messenger and then type a question to it. Encarta Instant Answers will attempt to answer your question using information from their Encarta database. It will even take you to maps, and information on your system if you have Encarta installed. Pretty nifty stuff. I’m sure there’s probably some tracking going on in the backend of all the questions etc that are going to the email address. Anyhow, check it out if you have the time.
