The folks over at Think Secret have information from reliable sources that Apple plans on releasing an update to their iBook line of laptops using an Intel processor. There really isn’t a whole lot of information available at this point but the rumors point to at least one new addition to the iBook family with possible price cuts as much as 200 – 300 dollars to entice Windows users. It’s probably that Apple will use Intel’s latest iteration of the mobile processor family – the Yonah CPU – although it’s not clear whether they will use the single core version or the multi-core version of Yonah.
