LaptopMag reviews the ProStar PR3724O laptop here. Honestly, I’ve never heard of the company before but the specs on this laptop look pretty darn good. They include:

• 2.13 GHz Pentium M processor
• Windows XP Home edition
• 1GB of RAM expandable to 2GB
• 60 GB 7200 RPM HDD
• Dual Layer Dual Format DVD burner
• 15.4 inch WSXGA widescreen display
• WiFi and Bluetooth support
• Loads of ports
• Weighs 7.9 lbs

The verdict?

Given all of its features, the ProStar PR3724O’s price of $1,920 is well justified. The only real weakness is the standard one-year warranty with restrictive toll-free tech support.

Not a well known brand but it appears to be a solid notebook.
