Nokia has announced that it will be shifting it’s focus away from mobile gaming to mobile music and television content. As a result, the Nokia N-Gage will probably not see an update until 2007 – that’s when mobile gaming technology is expected to improve enough for Nokia to warrant an updated device. The gaming software behind the N-Gage will be integrated into the Series 60 phones so not everything will end with the demise of the N-Gage.
