AOpen has finally released the Mini PC barebones unit to the Japanese market. You can find the press release to the mini PC here. The system certainly does bare a striking resemblance to the Mac mini however the pricing model is a bit different. This is a barebones system so you’ll need to add a processor, memory, hard drive, and an OS to the system which will signficantly raise the overall price. Oh well – you can’t have it all huh? But then again – you can nearly have it all with a Mac mini. Hmm…
