PacketSwitched reviews the Media Center Extender component to the Xbox 360 here and has the following verdict:

We’re impressed with the overall XBOX construction, simple, well-integrated interface and user experience, but are especially enthusiastic about the media-centric features.

I totally agree with this reviewer – the Xbox 360’s MCX piece is definitely well designed. It still has some quirks from the basic MCX implementation but overall it’s a step above the rest when it comes to streaming MCE content to other displays around the house.
