My financee and I tried to get that $378 laptop this morning over at Wal-Mart here in LA… but it was to no avail unfortunately. We got there at 4:30 am and the line was already around two corners of the street block.. there must have been roughly 400 people ahead of us with many more getting on the line behind us. Come on people! Don’t you want to sleep a bit more?? *sigh* By the time we got to the door, the workers told us the laptops were all gone. What was strange was.. I asked a couple of cashiers how many laptops there were and they had no idea – they never saw any. In fact, I asked every worker I could find and no one could tell me if they actually saw laptops. They were just sold out – Hmm.. makes me wonder folks. Oh well, we did at least get a 40 dollar AIO Lexmark printer.. woo wee. This was followed by a stop at BestBuy where all the good stuff were also gone and then back home to sleep. Black Friday – crazier than ever before.
