Kenwood is introducing a new Hi-Fi bookshelf system called the AX-D7 which supports CD/MD/DVD media formats and is also capable of playing digital audio formats such as MP3 and WMA files. The system outputs a total of 100 watts – either through 2 speakers or through an optional four speaker setup (in which case you get 25 watts per channel instead of 50 watts per channel). It’s no surprise that Kenwood also introduced their new digital audio players – these same units can directly connect to the AX-D7 and provide music to your entire home. You can also rip music from the CD player directly to your digital audio player connected to the system.
